This creative treatment, hand-lettered turkey and all, celebrates and reflects the attitude and mood of this event, which has gotten larger and crazier each year, according to its designer and dinner guest, Kirsten Sorton. The tattooed turkey ties into the many inked attendees of this celebration.

Molly Maloney did this loving tribute to the typeface Clarendon for a senior portfolio class at the School of Visual Arts. This type specimen booklet of sorts (pun intended) was created with not a bit of the actual font in sight!

This exhibition catalog explores and celebrates teh artistic potential of lthe humble ballpoint pen. With its "This Book Belongs To" label on the cover, it resembles a school exercise book. Almost all copy, illustrations, and doodles within are created in ballpoint pen.

The Designers' goal was to produce a dynamic, lively, and playful calendar strictly with type. Freedom and movement were expressed with an experimental approach to the type, with each month creating a different atmosphere.
