22 INTEGRATE
Inno-Pak, a traditional packaging company with decidedly contemporary ideas, wanted to package case studies and examples of its work in a new capabilities piece. Many in the target audience “knew of Inno-Pak, but few knew the scope of their full offering,” explains Stephen Quinn, founder of the design firm Integrate. With Inno-Pak’s solid reputation for innovation in plastic and paperboard packaging, Quinn was certain his client would benefit from an evolution in brand identity and the renewed interest it would generate.
For the update, Integrate cataloged a plethora of disparate images
and wrote a completely new corporate story to forge a cohesive
aesthetic based on the charm of the company and its techniques.
Quinn and Keith Novicki melded a bold use of color, classic fonts
and kraft paper stock in a modular containment system that can
be expanded and altered as needed by Inno-Pak’s in-house design
team. The result distinctively conveys the brand personality of
this “packaging problem-solver” and gives the company a capabilities
piece and identity far more striking than the competition. by
